Team Lead – Marketing Analytics

About the role

We are partnering with a leading European digital consumer business to find a Team Lead – Marketing Analytics based in Hamburg. In this hybrid role you will own the vision and roadmap for the company’s Marketing Analytics function, turning data into commercial decisions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy, roadmap and priorities for Marketing Analytics, ensuring the most impactful solutions are built.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts, data scientists and analytics engineers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing culture.
• Develop and maintain scalable measurement frameworks, including Marketing Mix Modelling, attribution, incrementality testing and experimentation.
• Partner with senior leaders in Marketing, Product, Finance and Technology to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Build reusable analytics products that become embedded in day‑to‑day decision making.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Marketing Analytics, Data Science or a closely related analytical discipline.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing analytics teams.
• Deep knowledge of Marketing Mix Modelling, attribution and incrementality methodologies.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate analytical insights in a business‑focused manner.
• Curious, proactive and continuously seeks better ways to solve problems.
