Team & Operations Associate

About the role

Revent is looking for a full‑time Team & Operations Associate to become the operational backbone of its Berlin office. You will ensure the team runs smoothly by handling day‑to‑day logistics, finance support, office management and event coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Organise calendars, book travel, coordinate meetings and maintain clear communication channels.
• Support preparatory accounting and expense management: collect invoices, receipts, run payments and keep records tidy.
• Manage software subscriptions, service agreements and vendor contracts, track renewals and negotiate pricing where needed.
• Oversee the office environment: control meeting‑room bookings, handle mail and deliveries, keep the space stocked and coordinate with building management.
• Plan and execute internal and external events, including lunches, founder summits, strategy off‑sites and gatherings with LPs, handling venue sourcing, invitations, travel logistics and budget tracking.

Required profile

• Highly organised and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast‑moving, small‑team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a hands‑on attitude toward problem solving.
• Ability to work independently while supporting the broader team’s objectives.
