TechData Production Manager – Light Twins

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Light Twins TechData Production Manager to lead the creation and update of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) for its light‑twin helicopter fleet. Based at the Donauwörth site, you will coordinate the production of Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogues, Airworthiness Limitation Sections and Master Servicing Manuals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, assign and monitor TechData work packages across design, support, certification and subcontractor teams.
• Integrate design changes into ICA documents for new deliveries and the existing fleet.
• Resolve blocking issues to meet delivery targets on time, with the required quality and cost.
• Maintain close collaboration with Airbus Design, Support Experts, Certification, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with Airbus and regulatory standards throughout the production cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing technical documentation or production processes in an aerospace or similar high‑tech environment.
• Strong coordination skills within a matrix organization.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with design, certification and external suppliers.
• Excellent problem‑solving attitude and focus on meeting schedule, quality and cost objectives.
