Technical Account Manager – France

About the role

As the founding Technical Account Manager for France, you will be the primary technical liaison for our first French customers. You will own the entire customer lifecycle, from implementation and rollout to ongoing support and continuous improvement, ensuring a seamless experience with our AI companion platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical planning, setup, and go‑live for new French customers.
• Provide inbound technical support in French, triaging, troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating issues within agreed response times.
• Diagnose complex problems across the application, backend services, customer IT environments (networks, devices, MDM), and system integrations.
• Create the French technical playbook, including documentation, escalation paths, response standards, and recurring‑issue tracking.
• Represent French customers internally, feeding escalation trends and blockers back to Product, Support, and Solution Engineering.
• Collaborate with EU teams to define clear escalation processes and reduce ad‑hoc dependencies.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑facing mindset with the ability to own the full technical lifecycle.
• Hands‑on problem‑solver comfortable working across multiple technical domains.
• Proactive attitude to build processes, documentation, and playbooks from scratch.
• Willingness to work independently as the first technical hire in a new market.
