Technical Procurement / Purchasing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a highly process‑driven Technical Procurement / Purchasing Officer to strengthen the commercial foundation of our innovative robotics solutions. Based in Stuttgart, you will own internal commercial workflows, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes while supporting a team building cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Project & Order Management – manage projects from the initial order to final delivery.
• Purchasing & Material Management – support procurement of components and maintain vendor relationships.
• Inventory Management – monitor stock levels and ensure components are available when needed.
• General Administration – handle preparatory accounting, master data management and daily business tasks.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or a degree in Business Administration.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial or operational role.
• Hands‑on mentality – willing to tackle any task the team needs.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a robotics environment.
• Business‑level fluency in German and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
