Technical Project Manager – Germany

About the role

BVI.EU is expanding its portfolio of SME parks, mixed business parks and custom industrial buildings across Europe. As a Technical Project Manager based in Germany, you will lead the construction phase of multiple projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule and quality targets while complying with German regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end construction projects from technical preparation and tendering to final handover.
• Maintain overall project view, aligning contractors, consultants, authorities and utility companies with planning and quality standards.
• Monitor construction budgets, project schedules and key milestones; identify risks early and propose alternatives.
• Manage specialised partners for groundwork, shell construction, technical installations, heating, lighting and utilities, ensuring timely progress on site.
• Liaise with German authorities, utility providers and technical bodies; organise meetings with fire brigades and follow up on inspections, Prüfstatik and utility connections.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for clients and future tenants, assessing impact on planning and budget and coordinating required actions.
• Develop pragmatic, compliant solutions when initial proposals are not feasible.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Construction Manager, Bauleiter or a comparable role.
• Proven experience with construction projects in Germany and familiarity with local authorities, utility companies and approval procedures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related technical field.
• Experience in industrial buildings, logistics facilities, commercial real estate or SME parks is a strong advantage.
