Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of regulated digital solutions for medical devices, focusing on digital pathology platforms. Based in Munich with a hybrid work model, you will drive complex programs in a multi‑stakeholder healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage programs and projects for regulated medical‑device digital solutions.
• Provide delivery leadership for digital pathology platforms.
• Oversee regulated software development life‑cycle, risk‑based delivery, and quality systems.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, QA, product, regulatory, and clinical.
• Execute complex, multi‑stakeholder healthcare initiatives.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of project management experience in healthcare or medical‑device software delivery.
• Hands‑on experience managing digital pathology or medical imaging programs (e.g., CT visualization).
• Strong knowledge of FDA QSR, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, IEC 62366 regulations.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, track, and manage risk for end‑to‑end projects.
• Experience delivering programs using Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies in regulated settings.
• Demonstrated skill in managing scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management with clinical, regulatory, and business teams.
