Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional projects that span hardware, software, electronics, manufacturing, and operations. You will guide initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring they meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical projects across the full product lifecycle, from prototype to serial production.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and risk registers.
• Coordinate activities among software, electronics, mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing, and operations teams.
• Remove blockers, monitor progress, and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage testing, validation, certification, and deployment activities.
• Oversee external suppliers, development partners, and subcontractors as needed.
• Continuously improve project‑management processes, tools, and reporting structures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Electrical, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing technical or engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software development processes, especially in robotics.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.
