Technical Project Manager – Real Estate (All Genders)

About the role

Arcura Medical Properties is looking for an experienced, delivery‑focused Technical Project Manager to join its Berlin team. You will oversee technical projects across the German real‑estate portfolio, ensuring that technical quality aligns with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CAPEX, modernisation, refurbishment and major maintenance projects from an owner’s perspective.
• Oversee external facility management and technical services providers.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, technical consultants, project managers and contractors.
• Review technical concepts, cost estimates, proposals and investment recommendations.
• Support tendering, procurement and contracting processes.
• Monitor project progress, costs, timelines, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and manage technical, financial and contractual risks early.
• Review change orders, cost deviations and additional services.
• Prepare project reports, budget overviews, decision papers and management presentations.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of CAPEX and investment plans.
• Conduct or coordinate technical property inspections and condition assessments.
• Support technical due‑diligence processes for acquisitions.

Required profile

• A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, building services engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• Five to eight years of relevant professional experience in technical project management, construction management, building consultancy or a comparable owner‑side role.
• Proven experience managing CAPEX, refurbishment, modernisation and major maintenance projects within commercial real estate.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building services and relevant technical and regulatory requirements.
