Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for Quantum Computing

About the role

As a Technical Recruiter at planqc, you will drive talent acquisition for a fast‑growing quantum computing company. You will partner with hiring managers, founders and the People team to attract top scientists, engineers and business professionals, building pipelines that support the company’s ambitious growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from kickoff to signed offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for highly specialized engineering, scientific and business roles.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and represent planqc at conferences, university events and meet‑ups.
• Ensure a transparent, professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview structures and assessment methods using data, KPIs and AI tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting technical talent in deep‑tech, software, algorithms, quantum, semiconductor, robotics, AI or related fields.
• Successful track record hiring hard‑to‑find technical profiles through proactive sourcing.
• Experience partnering with engineering leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring dynamics.
