Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our partner’s recruitment network in Germany. The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing, evaluating and placing top technical talent across software engineering, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data and leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement for technology and business roles.
• Translate client hiring needs into targeted sourcing strategies.
• Identify, attract and assess candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and Boolean search techniques.
• Conduct recruiter interviews to evaluate technical fit, experience and motivation.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and nurture long‑term talent pipelines and maintain high candidate experience.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to improve hiring efficiency and success rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in competitive markets.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches and build trusted relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong understanding of technical roles such as software engineering, AI/ML, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity and data engineering.
