Technical Sourcer – Remote (Germany)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our international recruitment team on a fully remote basis. Based in Germany, you will support the identification and engagement of top technology professionals for global opportunities across software development, data, product, HR, and sales domains.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and advanced search methods.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Create compelling outreach messages, job descriptions, and candidate communications.
• Manage candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate regular sourcing reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; intermediate German is a plus.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
