Technical Support Specialist II – EMEA

About the role

The Technical Support Specialist II provides advanced phone and email assistance to end‑users, field personnel, and internal teams across the EMEA region. You will troubleshoot complex instrument issues, guide customers on operation and maintenance, and ensure accurate case documentation in the CRM system.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for Nova Biomedical instrument systems, including operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and alignment.
• Collaborate with Field Service, Commercial, and internal support teams to coordinate virtual or onsite assistance.
• Document all interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the CRM platform.
• Analyze recurring issues to improve product performance and support processes.
