Technical Trainer – Aeronautics & Manufacturing

About the role

As a Technical Trainer you will deliver both theoretical and hands‑on training on aeronautics and manufacturing processes for DAHER Industrial Services. You will create and continuously improve training materials, assess employee competencies and support the development of technical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on aircraft and industrial manufacturing processes.
• Develop and update training materials such as presentations, workbenches and test samples.
• Perform practical evaluations to qualify employees for special processes.
• Carry out on‑the‑job assessments to monitor skill levels and guide continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures to preserve industrial qualifications for special processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication and teaching abilities with a supportive, people‑oriented approach.
• Completed technical education in the aeronautical field OR at least 2 years of hands‑on experience in aerospace production.
• Fluent, confident spoken English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of aeronautical manufacturing processes.
