Technician – Electric & Autonomous Vehicle Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technician to support both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles. Working under senior technicians, you will gain hands‑on experience with advanced EV systems while ensuring the fleet remains safe, operational, and ready for use.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles.
• Carry out basic diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements as directed.
• Support troubleshooting and technical tasks related to vehicle systems under supervision.
• Assist with hardware and software activities linked to autonomous systems.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
• Accurately complete service documentation and maintenance records.
• Support shift operations to minimise vehicle downtime.
• Follow instructions from senior technicians and contribute to team efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience as an automotive technician (dealer, workshop, or fleet).
• Relevant automotive technical qualification or certification.
• Basic understanding or experience with electric or hybrid vehicles (preferred).
• Strong willingness to learn EV and advanced vehicle systems.
• Comfortable working shift‑based schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
