Technician – Maintenance & Repairs

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Technician to ensure the continuous operation of technical systems and facilities within an industrial production environment. You will play a key part in maintaining equipment reliability and supporting the professional development of apprentices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on a wide variety of equipment.
• Perform repairs and fault diagnostics to minimise downtime.
• Utilise specialised tools to maximise equipment effectiveness.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and practices.
• Support the development and professional progression of apprentices.

Required profile

• Completed technical vocational training or a degree in mechanical, electrical or related engineering.
• Professional experience in maintaining industrial production facilities.
• Advanced German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with condition‑based monitoring (preferred).
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining conveyor or automation systems (preferred).
