Technician – On‑site Maintenance & Guest Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technician to maintain and resolve technical issues across our property portfolio in Germany. The role combines hands‑on maintenance work with direct guest interaction, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and fix technical problems on‑site, prioritising by location, urgency and guest impact.
• Apply a permanent‑fix mindset by identifying root causes and preventing recurrence.
• Escalate issues that exceed your scope to the appropriate teams.
• Communicate directly with guests, explaining actions and managing expectations.
• Coordinate with the Property Management team to align priorities and provide status updates.

Required profile

• Hands‑on technical background in maintenance, repair or general trades.
• Strong prioritisation skills and ability to triage tasks across multiple locations.
• Guest‑oriented attitude with professional communication skills.
• Self‑driven and able to manage workload independently on‑site.
• Fluent German; basic English is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence.
