About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German‑English telemedicine caregiver to join our fast‑growing team in Germany. You will work remotely or in a hybrid model, providing personalized medical support to patients enrolled in our Juniper weight‑management program.

Key responsibilities

Triaging and responding to medical enquiries via email and phone.
Providing accurate medical advice and reassurance to patients.
Managing medication side‑effects and symptom queries.
Following up with patients throughout their treatment journey.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of care processes and systems.

Required profile

Bilingual proficiency in German and English.
Strong patient‑first mindset and empathy.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote/hybrid environment.
Interest in innovative, technology‑enabled healthcare.
