Tracking Operator for Handball Matches

About the role

KINEXON is looking for a Tracking Operator to support HSV Hamburg handball matches. You will work on match days to ensure the KINEXON tracking system captures accurate performance data for the club, media partners and fans.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑ordinate the match‑day workflow for KINEXON at HSV Hamburg games.
• Monitor the KINEXON system before, during and after each match.
• Communicate with club staff, referees and media providers.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve the service.
• Act as the communication link between the field (coaches, referees) and the technical team.
• Validate collected data and metrics for quality assurance.

Required profile

• Strong interest in sports, especially handball.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• Familiarity with sport statistics.
• Flexible availability for home games (weekends and up to 4 hours before kick‑off).
• Team‑player attitude with willingness to share ideas and experiences.

Required skills

• Basic computer operation.
• Understanding of network basics.
• Knowledge of sport statistical concepts.

What we offer
