Training Consultant (Automotive Retail)

About the role

We are looking for a Training Consultant to design, facilitate and deliver classroom, virtual and blended learning programmes for a leading automotive manufacturer and its dealer network in Germany. You will coach employees, managers and retail partners, develop modern learning concepts and digital solutions, and ensure lasting learning transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Design, facilitate and deliver classroom, virtual and blended training sessions.
• Coach and support employees, managers and retail partners through development and change initiatives.
• Create and continuously improve training materials, digital learning formats and e‑learning platforms.
• Advise stakeholders on optimizing sales, service and leadership processes within the retail network.
• Ensure sustainable learning transfer through practical coaching and follow‑up activities.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, managers and subject‑matter experts.

Required profile

• Degree in education, psychology, business administration, communication management or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience as a trainer, coach, learning consultant or HR developer.
• Extensive experience in the automotive retail sector or dealership environment.
• Knowledge of sales, service and leadership processes.
• Experience designing and implementing training, coaching and development programmes.
• Strong knowledge of leadership, communication, change management and digitalisation.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Germany.
