Training Coordinator – 1‑year contract in Germany

About the role

NIIT is seeking a Training Coordinator to join its Operations team in Frankfurt for a one‑year fixed‑term contract. You will act as the primary liaison for local stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery of training sessions for NIIT’s customers in Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client training needs and determine session numbers per site.
• Initiate, modify, complete or cancel training session requests.
• Organise sessions according to trainee availability and ensure proper execution.
• Coordinate with the Indian team for any program updates.
• Track attendance, follow up on invoices and ensure compliance with workflow using the CRM tool.
• Provide Level‑2 learner support.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in learning delivery management or operations.
• Experience in an international work environment.
• Strong understanding of the German training landscape.
• Customer‑service orientation and team‑player attitude.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Valid work permit for Germany.

Required skills

• Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Cornerstone or other Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• SharePoint.
