Training Operations Coordinator (1‑year contract)

About the role

NIIT is seeking a Training Operations Coordinator to support its customer in Frankfurt. You will act as the primary liaison for local stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery of training sessions and excellent service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client training needs and determine the number of sessions required per site.
• Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation.
• Organise training sessions according to trainee availability and ensure proper execution.
• Coordinate with the Indian team for any updates or changes to the training program.
• Support completion of training activities, including attendance tracking and invoicing.
• Follow established workflows using the CRM tool and provide Level‑2 learner support.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in learning delivery management or operations.
• Experience working in an international environment, preferably with knowledge of the German training landscape.
• Customer‑service orientation and strong teamwork attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Fluent in MS Office, Excel and SharePoint.
• Valid work permit for Germany.

• Cornerstone or other Learning Management Systems (LMS) – advantageous.
