Transportation Logistics Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑paced, international technology environment where you will own complex logistics operations for high‑value IT hardware across Europe and beyond. You will coordinate the transport of servers, racks and data‑center equipment, ensuring seamless delivery between suppliers, warehouses and data‑center facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end transportation of IT hardware on domestic, regional and global lanes, including inbound shipments from Asia and outbound freight to Israel.
• Coordinate air and ocean freight operations: carrier selection, booking, scheduling and real‑time tracking.
• Oversee RMA and reverse‑logistics processes, ensuring accurate returns and replacements.
• Maintain full visibility of active shipments, proactively resolving delays and exceptions.
• Ensure accurate in‑transit inventory tracking, chain‑of‑custody documentation and complete shipment records in logistics management systems.
• Handle customs documentation and clearance for cross‑border shipments, complying with EU and international trade regulations.
• Support just‑in‑time delivery, staging and deployment of hardware with data‑center and operations teams.
• Monitor logistics costs, process invoices, manage vendor payments and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Develop contingency plans and improve routing strategies to enhance continuity and resilience.
• Track and report logistics KPIs, driving continuous improvement through data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or transportation management, preferably with IT hardware.
• Proven experience handling cross‑border shipments and customs compliance within the EU.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with engineering, procurement and data‑center teams.
• Ability to manage multiple logistics lanes simultaneously and resolve issues quickly.
