Vice President / Director – Private Markets Value Delivery

About the role

BlackRock’s Aladdin Business is seeking a senior leader to shape and scale the Value Delivery proposition for Private Markets across the Aladdin and eFront platforms. The role will act as a trusted advisor to the firm’s most complex Whole Portfolio and Private Markets clients, driving strategic outcomes and measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global Value Delivery proposition for Private Markets and Whole Portfolio clients.
• Set standards for client engagement, value articulation, success metrics, and executive reporting.
• Build, lead, and scale a regional Value Delivery team across EMEA, with clear role profiles and career paths.
• Coach senior team members to operate as consultants and strategic partners.
• Engage senior client stakeholders (CIO, COO, CTO, Heads of Alternatives/Operations) to optimize operating models and drive strategic use of Aladdin and eFront.
• Translate client objectives into value hypotheses, delivery roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior consulting or advisory roles within investment management or private markets.
• Strong track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with senior‑level executives.
• Ability to influence and drive change across global client organizations.
