Video Creator – Remote, Germany

About the role

We are seeking a creative Video Creator to produce high‑impact promotional videos for digital advertising campaigns. This remote position, based in Germany, will work closely with marketing teams to turn ideas into compelling visual content that drives conversions across major platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and optimize video content for paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google and other channels.
• Create both short‑form and long‑form video assets tailored to specific marketing objectives.
• Incorporate motion graphics, captions, transitions, music, visual effects and other creative elements as needed.
• Adapt video files to multiple formats, aspect ratios and platform specifications.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to align videos with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• Iterate on feedback, meet deadlines and maintain high quality standards.
• Stay current on video advertising trends, creative strategies and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating promotional and advertising videos, preferably for home services, e‑commerce or performance‑marketing campaigns.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful video projects.
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, branding and direct‑response marketing principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Experience with UGC‑style ads and performance‑marketing creatives is a plus.
