Videographer, Photographer & Social Media Content Creator

About the role

Heilbronn Properties is looking for a creative and experienced professional with a strong background in the property and real estate industry to join its team. The role covers property photography and videography and social media content creation, and is based in person.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photography and videography of properties, interiors, exteriors and project developments.
• Create engaging video content, reels and promotional material for social media platforms.
• Manage and develop social media content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Edit photos and videos to a professional standard, ensuring a premium brand presentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative campaigns and property marketing content.
• Cover property launches, events, site progress and project milestones.

Required profile

• Proven experience in photography, videography and social media content creation.
• Previous experience in property development or real estate is essential.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous real estate projects.
• Creative, organised and able to work independently on location.

Required skills

• Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting, video editing and photo editing software.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, reels and digital engagement.
