VIE Communication Officer – Frankfurt

About the role

This VIE position supports the Communication Team in Frankfurt, handling both internal and external communication tasks in German and English. You will work closely with various departments to ensure consistent branding, effective media relations, and engaging content across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the corporate intranet and public website in German and English.
• Research, write, and edit articles for internal newsletters and the German Group Newsletter.
• Create presentations and marketing materials as needed.
• Prepare and schedule social‑media posts in coordination with relevant teams.
• Serve as a liaison for branding and marketing queries.
• Support the planning and execution of internal and external events.
• Handle administrative tasks such as compliance reports, dashboards, distribution‑list maintenance, and event tracking.
• Conduct research to support media‑relations, branding, and PR projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (M2) in finance, communication, journalism or a related field.
• Fluent in English (B2‑C1) and German.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to work diplomatically in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Highly motivated, curious, and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
