VIE Engineering Controlling (m/f/d)

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a highly motivated graduate to join the Engineering Controlling department in Donauwörth on a 24‑month VIE assignment. The role starts in October/November 2026 and supports the engineering area by handling cost monitoring, budgeting and resource planning.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor engineering cost base, hourly rates and fixed costs across finance processes (closing, reporting, forecasting, operative plan and budget).
• Assist business partners in understanding performance and support improvement plans and decision‑making.
• Drive the resource‑planning process for engineering projects.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis as required.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Cost Controlling or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, curiosity and proactive attitude.
• Advanced English; German is appreciated.
