Visiting Associate Cohort

About the role

Prior Labs is looking for a small cohort of Visiting Associates to own a defined function within a fast‑scaling AI frontier lab. The 6‑month program gives you real ownership of a business area that is usually staffed by much more senior talent, with direct mentorship from the founders' office.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop an end‑to‑end function (e.g., growth & sales enablement, marketing & community, expansion & people ops, or hiring) and deliver measurable impact.
• Build pipelines, automation, reporting dashboards and supporting assets such as decks, case studies, or onboarding materials.
• Shape culture and processes as the team scales, including off‑sites, team rituals, and office setup.
• Source top talent, design ATS workflows, and create playbooks for recruitment.

Required profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in an AI‑first environment and adopting new tools quickly.
• High‑agency mindset: ship a v1 fast, iterate, and own outcomes.
• Structured and reliable execution when managing a function.
• Excellent written communication in English.
