Visual Designer - Brand & Motion

About the role

Stark is seeking a Visual Designer specialized in brand and motion to translate complex engineering concepts into compelling visual narratives. You will bridge the physical and digital worlds, creating everything from technical whitepapers and motion graphics to hardware livery and immersive trade‑show environments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end visual design for whitepapers, investor decks, and digital platforms, ensuring pixel‑perfect layouts.
• Design striking graphic livery and visual applications directly onto hardware systems.
• Conceptualize and execute creative workplace experiences and high‑impact trade‑show installations.
• Produce and edit motion graphics that showcase engineering milestones and hardware capabilities.
• Act as the go‑to creative generalist, shifting seamlessly between branding, fast‑turnaround social assets, and technical diagrams.

Required profile

• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, composition, and motion design skills.
• 4+ years of professional visual design experience, preferably in deep‑tech/hardware or a top‑tier creative agency.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
