VP Associate – Operations & Integration Lead

About the role

We are looking for a VP Associate to drive margin improvement, acquisition due‑diligence and integration of portfolio companies for Buena, Germany’s fast‑growing property‑management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse profit & loss statements, model unit economics and support due‑diligence for new acquisitions.
• Lead on‑ground integration of acquired companies onto Buena’s software platform, professionalising processes and improving margins.
• Identify and evaluate adjacent revenue opportunities such as insurance, brokerage and energy, and help launch viable initiatives.
• Own cross‑functional projects including regulatory compliance, recruiting and operational firefighting.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C2 or native) and based in Berlin, willing to travel across Germany.
• Professional experience in consulting, operations, finance or a startup environment, comfortable with P&L analysis and financial modelling.
• High ownership mentality and ability to work under pressure.
• Bonus: background in property management, post‑merger integration or software roll‑outs.
