VP, Global Lead for HPE Partnerships

About the role

This senior executive position is based in Germany and leads the global partnership with HPE. You will shape and scale a multi‑billion‑dollar technology partnership across regions, driving transformation toward higher‑value solutions in cloud, networking, data, AI, security, data centre and services.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the global HPE business portfolio, ensuring sustained growth and strategic expansion across regions.
• Define and execute a multi‑year transformation strategy aligned with higher‑value solutions.
• Lead and coordinate a global matrix organization, aligning regional leaders, vendor stakeholders and internal teams.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with HPE stakeholders to secure financial, technical and programmatic support.
• Oversee the global rhythm of business, including performance reviews and governance cycles.
• Collaborate with internal transformation teams to develop differentiated go‑to‑market strategies.
• Drive end‑to‑end execution of initiatives from strategy design through regional implementation.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure or vendor management.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in complex, global organizations.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, go‑to‑market execution and large‑scale vendor partnership management.
• Strong commercial and technical acumen with the ability to translate technology capabilities into business strategy.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders globally.
• High ethical standards, sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills.
