VVIP Flight Attendant – Challenger 604

About the role

Air Independence GmbH is looking for a polished VVIP Flight Attendant to join its Challenger 604 fleet based in Oberpfaffenhofen, near Munich. The role focuses on delivering discreet, anticipatory service to up to 12 high‑net‑worth passengers, ensuring every flight reflects the highest standards of luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, curate and present bespoke VIP catering, matching the refined tastes of VVIP guests.
• Transform and maintain the cabin environment before, during and after each flight, including floral arrangements, amenities and cleanliness.
• Provide intuitive, unobtrusive service that anticipates passenger needs while respecting privacy.
• Handle exclusive food and beverage requests, from chilled champagne to gourmet meals, with professionalism.
• Conduct thorough post‑flight clean‑up and cabin reset for the next journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 21 years old with a valid EU passport.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• At least one year of VIP flight attendant experience in General Aviation, or several years as commercial cabin crew with Business/First‑Class training, or professional hotel management training at a 5‑star hotel.
• Impeccable grooming, confident demeanor and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility to adapt to spontaneous schedule changes with a calm, solution‑oriented mindset.
