Warehouse Manager

About the role

OSW, a leading distributor of solar PV products, is expanding its footprint in Germany and needs a Warehouse Manager to build and lead its new warehouse operations. You will own day‑to‑day activities, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely, accurately, and efficiently while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating transport, deliveries, collections and third‑party providers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock control, cycle counts and KPI reporting.
• Optimise warehouse layout, processes and costs, driving continuous improvement.
• Coach, develop and supervise the warehouse team, ensuring health, safety and compliance standards.
• Support IT asset management and operational equipment onboarding as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to align warehouse performance with business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics or operations teams.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Hands‑on approach with the capacity to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of warehouse safety and compliance regulations.
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software.
• Forklift operation certification.
