About the role

JD.com is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead quality‑control initiatives and streamline warehousing processes across its global logistics network. You will ensure operational excellence while supporting rapid business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of warehousing quality‑control, standardising processes and boosting efficiency.
• Develop and optimise quality‑control strategies aligned with business needs, reducing error rates.
• Oversee on‑site warehousing operations, identify risks and ensure safety compliance.
• Foster cross‑departmental communication to achieve quality objectives and support stable business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in logistics, supply‑chain or quality management.
• Relevant experience in warehousing management, quality monitoring or process optimisation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of logistics industry trends and ability to align quality work with business goals.
• Fluent English communication skills.
