Warehouse Operations Manager

About the role

JD.com is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead quality‑control initiatives across its global warehousing network. The role focuses on standardising processes, boosting efficiency, and supporting rapid business growth while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Take full charge of warehousing quality‑control management, standardising processes and improving overall efficiency.
• Develop, optimise and implement quality‑control strategies that align with business requirements and reduce error rates.
• Oversee on‑site warehousing operations, supervise daily workflows, identify risks and ensure a safe working environment.
• Foster cross‑departmental communication and collaboration to achieve quality objectives and support continuous business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in logistics, supply‑chain or quality management.
• Relevant experience in warehousing management, quality monitoring or process optimisation is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of warehousing and logistics processes and practical experience in quality‑control management.
• Ability to use data analysis tools for diagnosing problems and driving continuous improvement.
• Good business sense, awareness of logistics industry trends, and the ability to align quality work with business needs.
• Fluent English communication skills.
