Warehouse Specialist – Parts Department

About the role

The Warehouse Specialist supports the European aftermarket supply chain by managing the physical flow of spare parts in the Earthmoving Parts Department. The role handles inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch while meeting productivity targets and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Unpack and verify incoming shipments, scan items into the WMS and put away to designated bins.
• Pick and pack parts according to tickets, achieving productivity targets of 60 lines/hour for small parts or 15 lines/hour for large parts.
• Prepare outbound shipments, label, document and load courier vehicles or freight trucks.
• Prioritise emergency “Machine Down” orders for VIP customers and dispatch within SLA windows.
• Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts and support annual physical inventory audits.
• Report damaged goods, missing items or bin discrepancies immediately.
• Operate material‑handling equipment safely, including forklifts, reach trucks and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace in line with European EHS and 5S standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational training equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on warehousing experience, preferably in parts distribution.
• Valid forklift operator licence (counter‑balance or reach truck).
• Basic familiarity with handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems.
