Warehouse Trainer – Onboarding & Coaching

About the role

As a Warehouse Trainer you will accelerate the onboarding of new colleagues, coach existing team members and help shape a high‑performing warehouse culture. You will work directly on the floor, partnering with managers to ensure training aligns with operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead onboarding for new warehouse employees across multiple departments.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback and develop practical improvement plans.
• Support creation and rollout of training materials and new warehouse processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards.
• Partner with managers to track training progress and continuously improve methods.
• Act as the go‑to person for daily floor questions and model Rohlik’s culture.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in training, coaching or onboarding, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Open‑minded, self‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to give constructive feedback.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and passionate about helping others succeed.
• Professional working proficiency in English or German; additional languages are a plus.
