Web Marketing Manager – DACH Region

About the role

Farmina Pet Foods is seeking a results‑driven Web Marketing Manager to lead its digital performance strategy across the DACH region. You will own the end‑to‑end online customer journey, combining strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the web marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive digital acquisition, lead generation and online engagement initiatives.
• Own SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, keyword research and content optimisation.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across search, display, remarketing and other channels while managing media budgets.
• Monitor website performance, analyse user behaviour and implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives.
• Define, track and report on key digital performance indicators using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other tools.
• Coordinate website updates, landing‑page development and ensure a seamless user experience on desktop and mobile.
