Web & Visual Designer

About the role

As a Web & Visual Designer at Lio, you will turn Figma concepts into polished, responsive web experiences that showcase the company’s AI‑focused brand. You will work closely with the Founding Brand Operator, CEO and GTM team to continuously improve the website and create visual assets for multiple brand touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and iterate Lio’s website using Webflow or Framer.
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, production‑ready pages.
• Create landing, campaign and other web pages from concept to launch.
• Design responsive layouts, interactions and animations for a seamless multi‑device experience.
• Maintain component libraries and ensure visual consistency as the site grows.
• Produce visuals and assets for the website, social media, campaigns and events.
• Experiment with new tools, interactions and web technologies to enhance the digital presence.

Required profile

• Comfortable building and shipping sites in Webflow or Framer.
• Proficient with Figma and able to translate designs into live pages.
• Strong visual eye for typography, layout, spacing and composition.
• Enjoy both creative and technical aspects of web design.
• Detail‑oriented, quick learner and adaptable to a fast‑moving environment.
