Wholesale Buyer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Wholesale Buyer to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce fashion company. You will be responsible for independently purchasing wholesale brands while ensuring alignment with budget and key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Execute independent purchasing of wholesale brands within the allocated budget and KPI framework.
• Plan purchases in close collaboration with the Head of Buying and the Buying Development team.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform buying decisions.
• Coordinate regularly with Merchandise Planning to ensure optimal product range.

Required profile

• Completed studies in economics or textile economics.
• Minimum two years of experience in independent buying of external fashion brands.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and assertiveness.
• Structured, reliable work style with a hands‑on mentality.
• Good sense of fashion trends and a solid understanding of the industry.
• Business‑fluent written and spoken English.
