Working Student – Brand Marketing

About the role

As a Working Student in Brand Marketing you will help shape the visual identity of 25hours Hotel The Royal Bavarian, organise memorable events and generate creative ideas that increase the visibility of our offers and inspire guests.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the 25hours Hotels brand.
• Support marketing campaigns that promote events, new offers and hotel promotions both online and offline.
• Collaborate with partners, agencies, media and influencers from initial enquiry through implementation.
• Assist with PR activities, advertising materials, photo shoots and blogger events.
• Maintain social‑media channels and independently develop content ideas.
• Plan and coordinate your daily schedule, ensuring deadlines are met even with a busy inbox.

Required profile

• First experience in marketing or tourism and good command of English.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of trends, storytelling and the target audience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm in hectic situations.
• Proactive “do‑er” attitude and willingness to acknowledge mistakes.
• Personality and character that fit a collaborative, flat‑hierarchy environment.
