Working Student – Engineering Transformation & Change Management

About the role

Join Airbus Helicopters as a Working Student in Engineering to support the transformation and change initiatives that shape the future of helicopter design. You will work around 18 hours per week, collaborating with top management and international engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in transformation and change projects for an international engineering function.
• Support the creation, preparation and documentation of workshops, events and roadshows for the leadership team.
• Help implement the latest design tools, including AI‑based solutions, into engineering processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and evolution of products.
• Provide administrative support for transformation initiatives while maintaining close contact with various interfaces.

Required profile

• Enrolled as a full‑time university student (any discipline related to engineering is preferred).
• Available to work approximately 18 hours per week for a 24‑month fixed‑term contract.
• Strong interest in engineering change management and digital transformation.
• Creative mindset with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Willingness to work in an international, multilingual environment.
