Working Student – Future Projects Tool Development

About the role

Join Airbus Commercial's Future Projects team in Bremen as a Working Student. You will help develop and optimise internal engineering tools, with a focus on an advanced Loads assessment tool, using cutting‑edge technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive development and optimisation of internal engineering tools using Python.
• Develop and enhance an advanced Loads assessment tool.
• Collect, aggregate, and structure reference data from various engineering sources.
• Perform thorough verification and validation of the tool with real‑world Airbus aircraft data.

Required profile

• Enrolled full‑time Master’s student (or equivalent) at a university.
• Available to work approx. 15 hours per week (max 20 hours during term).
• Start in Autumn 2026 for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
• Based in or near Bremen, Germany.

Required skills

• Python programming.
