Working Student in Digitization, IT and Office Support

About the role

As a Working Student you will join the Partner Management department at Bosch to support quality, cost and delivery initiatives across our international semiconductor production network. You will help design and implement digital solutions that improve collaboration with partner business units and streamline customer‑facing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Partner Management team in driving QGD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) across the semiconductor supply chain.
• Design and implement solutions to enhance collaboration with partner divisions.
• Develop digital tools for customer volume demand planning, delivery coordination, cost analysis and collaboration.
• Coordinate with various departments within Semiconductor Operations to resolve supply‑chain issues.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program in Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, high self‑motivation and a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Business‑fluent in German and English.

Required skills

• Proficient with MS Power BI.
• Experienced in MS Office 365.
• Programming skills for scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with database systems.
