Working Student – Influencer Marketing

About the role

Join Spread Group as a Working Student in Influencer Marketing and help shape the way creators experience our made‑to‑order apparel. You will work closely with the influencer team, supporting gifting, content creation, and campaign coordination while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing, sustainability‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support influencer gifting processes to ensure creators receive and experience our products.
• Create design concepts and visual ideas for influencer gift packages.
• Prepare contracts and collaboration documents for influencer partnerships.
• Assist in drafting campaign briefs and creator briefings.
• Support the team during offline events and activations.
• Help manage day‑to‑day influencer marketing activities and coordination.

Required profile

• Interest in social media, influencer marketing, and creator culture.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for design.
• Hands‑on attitude, initiative‑driven and detail‑oriented.
• Reliable, organized and able to work independently.
• Motivated to contribute to the growth of the influencer business.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
• Currently studying media & design, communications, marketing, or a related field.
