Working Student – Innovation Management

About the role

Join Bosch Sensortec GmbH as a Working Student in Innovation Management, supporting strategic marketing initiatives and driving innovation processes. You will work closely with product managers and the Innovation Steering Board to help shape future technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team on a wide range of strategic marketing topics with a focus on innovation management.
• Evaluate, integrate and apply modern AI tools and generative workflows to improve daily operations.
• Organise, document and follow up on the Innovation Steering Board, acting as the central contact for product managers submitting project reviews.
• Participate in the continuous development of innovation processes, assist with business field analyses and maintain related documentation.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a comparable field.
• Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and hands‑on experience with modern AI tools such as MS Copilot or Gemini; experience with Power BI or Atlassian Confluence is a plus.
• Ability to deliver reliable, structured work independently while communicating effectively within a team.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
