Working Student – Insight & Market Research

About the role

At DCMN, a pioneer in Brandformance® marketing, we are expanding our Insight Team with a Working Student. You will support the transition to AI‑enhanced survey and market‑research analysis, helping our clients and internal projects gain deeper, data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support survey and market‑research analysis, increasingly using AI‑assisted methods.
• Help evolve existing analytical workflows into AI‑supported approaches.
• Assist with data preparation, quality checks, and structuring of research outputs.
• Collaborate closely with team members on client and internal projects.
• Conduct secondary research on market, competition, and audience topics.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., business, marketing, data/statistics, media).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Some experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude and an understanding of how they work.
• Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• First experience in market research is a plus but not mandatory.
