Working Student – Partner Sales (German Market)

About the role

We are looking for a Working Student to support partner sales for the German (DACH) market. The position is based in Berlin with a hybrid work model, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of a pipeline of customers referred by our partner, from handover to onboarding and activation.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding and following up on required information and documentation.
• Create and maintain customer deals in our CRM and internal platform, ensuring accurate data and transparent pipeline tracking.
• Coordinate closely with Partner Sales, Risk and Compliance teams to resolve blockers and continuously improve onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in banking or financial services in a customer‑facing role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to prioritise tasks.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in a fast‑paced fintech environment.
• Business‑level fluency in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Ideally based in Berlin to work in a hybrid model.
