Working Student – Procurement & Supply Chain Management

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a motivated working student to support Programme Procurement for Combat Air Systems. You will work approximately 18 hours per week for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, gaining hands‑on experience in procurement and supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support coordination of procurement project milestones and timelines.
• Assist in the end‑to‑end tendering process, from preparing RFQs to evaluating supplier bids.
• Act as a central interface between Commodity, Supply Chain, Controlling, and Programme teams.
• Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards to track procurement KPIs and project progress.

Required profile

• Enrolled full‑time student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• First practical experience in supply‑chain or project management is desirable.
• Fluent in German and English.
